1 On 1 Classes
We offer 1:1 classes to teach you some of our delicious recipes and techniques! Plan to be available for 3 hours. Email us at contact@elcorazonbc.com to schedule the classes based on availability for both parties. We look forward to teaching you!
Flan Class $65
Learn our recipe for vanilla and cheese flan on a 1:1 session with us.
You will learn how to make the caramel sauce and both recipes.
Best of all, you get to take home both flans to enjoy and share with family or friends.
Bread Class $75
We’ll teach you our delicious recipe for breads! You will learn the ingredients and steps to all three bread recipes!
Choose one option (Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Banana) to bake with me and of course you get to take home the two loaves of bread you bake!
You will receive recipes for all three breads but we will only be baking one.
Polvorones Class $65
Polvorones are Puerto Rican cookies that melt in your mouth! They’re so delicious!
Allow us to teach you the recipe 1:1! We will prep and bake half the batch together!
You will take home freshly baked cookies and the other half of dough to practice on your own!
Beginner Cupcake Decorating Class $65
Learn how to decorate a dozen cupcakes*.
We will teach you basic yet beautiful techniques that are beginner friendly!
Cupcakes will already be baked and buttercream icing ready to begin!
You will learn how to color your buttercream and decorate your cupcakes! Take your cupcakes home to share with family or friends!
*Cupcake recipe will not be disclosed but we will provide you with the buttercream recipe we use.
No refunds on classes. We are willing to work with you to reschedule if necessary.
